Delete your account

Two ways, and both remove the same things.

In the app — fastest

Tap your picture in the top right, then Account, then Delete account. It happens immediately.

By email

Write to delete@twolane.app from the address you signed up with, and say you want your account deleted. We do it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

We ask you to write from your own address because it is the only way we can tell it is really you.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in
Your saved stands
Notes you have written to stand owners
Stops you have reported, and what you said you picked up
If you run a stand: the stand, its listings and its photos

What stays, and why

Two things survive deletion, and neither contains anything that identifies you:

Totals an owner has already seen — "23 people stopped yesterday". Removing your one stop would rewrite a number somebody already acted on.
Stock accuracy scores your reports contributed to. Those belong to the stand, not to you.

Reviews you wrote stay unless you delete them first, because other people rely on them when deciding whether to drive out. Delete them in the app before closing your account, or ask us to remove them in the same email.
